Terms of service.

Chromora is an art-print studio in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Buying from chromoraart.com forms a contract under the laws of Ontario and Canada.

Every print is produced for you after you order. We confirm each order by email; that confirmation is our acceptance. In the unlikely event we can't fulfil an order (for example, a quality problem with a source image), we'll tell you promptly and refund you in full.

All prices are set and charged in USD — the price on the page is the price at checkout. Orders ship to US addresses as exports from our Ottawa studio and carry no Canadian tax; no US sales tax is added at checkout.

Discount codes (like WELCOME10) apply per their stated terms, are intended for one use per customer, and can be modified or withdrawn at any time. The multi-print discount applies automatically to qualifying carts. Where a promo and an automatic discount both apply, both are honoured as displayed at checkout.

The historical paintings we reproduce are in the public domain; no artist royalties apply, which is part of why museum-grade art can be affordable. Chromora Studio originals, our photography, site design, and text are © Chromora — please don't reuse them commercially without asking.

Returns are governed by our 30-day returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties and remedies you're entitled to under Ontario consumer-protection law or equivalent local law.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're a small studio; we'll always try to fix a problem before pointing at this clause.
