30 days. No questions.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any print for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions, no restocking fee, and return shipping is on us. We only ask that it comes back in the condition it arrived in.

1. Email hello@chromoraart.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email).

2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid US return label— returning a print is always free, for any reason, not just damaged orders. For smaller formats we'll often just refund you and say keep or gift the print instead.

3. Refunds go to your original payment method, in USD, within 5–10 business days of the return being accepted.

Send a photo within 30 days and we'll print and ship a free replacement— nothing to package up, nothing to send back. If you'd rather have a refund than a replacement, that's fine too.

Every return ships back free on a prepaid label we provide — there's never a charge to send a print back. We refund the full purchase price in USD; for damaged, defective, or incorrect items we also refund the original outbound shipping. On change-of-mind returns the original $10-per-print outbound shipping (charged only on prints under the $100 free-shipping threshold) isn't refunded, but returning the print itself still costs you nothing.
